OPSX2-24 Positioner

Designed using half inch thick aluminum table top and framing with stainless steel worm gear driven rotaries, the M3DI OPSX2-24 positioner will prove to withstand heavy payloads for years of maintenance free use. Two 432 oz-in stepper motors work in sync to provide backlash free, high torque tilting movement, while a single 432 oz-in stepper provides continuous 360 degree rotation movement. The OPSX2 positioner easy to use software allows users to quickly create part positioning programs using jog and teach methods or create automatic programs by simply inputting a few options. All models are plug and play ready for M3DI SLS scanners as fully integrated modules. CMM fixture kits are available for flexible easy to construct part fixtures.
